Chance

Age: 1 year old

Cross Boxer

Sex: Male

Chance is a 1 year old Cross Boxer neutered male.

Chance is a friendly dog, who is daft but lovable. He is very affectionate and loves lots of fuss and attention.  Chance is extremely playful and he loves his toys especially his cotton ragger.  He is also very sociable and loves to meet people and other dogs.  Chance is very strong on the lead and will need a firm hand and lots of training.  He is big and boisterous and full of energy, but he is also full of fun and has bags of personality and character.  Chance must be rehomed with an experienced dog owner who is used to large breeds of dog and has trained dogs previously.  He needs a home with a large garden and a home where he won’t be left alone for more than 4 hours a day maximum on his own.  Chance will be suitable to live with teenage children and a mature family or couple.  Some obedience and lead training will be needed.

Colin

Age: 8 months

Breed: Cross Lurcher

Sex: Male

Colin is a 8 month old Cross Lurcher dog

Colin is a very friendly dog who gets very excitable. When Colin first came into us he was a bit unsure and was very skittish on the lead and was defensive around other dogs, this has improved tremendously. He can be a bit mouthy when he is playing. He is now starting to walk much better on the lead and now plays with other dogs. Colin will need an experienced dog owner who will be patient with him and give him plenty of time and training. He will need a home where he won’t be left alone for more than 4 hours a day maximum. Colin will need a home with a garden and a reasonably active person who will take him for lots of walks and provide him with the socialising and attention that he needs. Colin should be suitable to live with a mature family or couple. He will need some house toilet training as well lead & obedience training and further socialising.

Diesel

Age: 10 months

Breed: GSD / Rottie

Sex: Male

Diesel is a 10 month old GSD / Rottie dog.

Diesel is a big bouncy dog who is friendly and loveable. He will need a very strong owner and a firm hand. Diesel just loves attention but he does also need basic obedience and lead training. He is a very sociable with other dogs and loves to play with them off the lead. Diesel will need an experienced dog owner who has had experience of having large strong dogs. He must have a home with a large garden where he can have plenty of off the lead exercise and a very active owner who will take him for lots of long walks and give him the training and attention that he needs. Diesel will need a home where he won’t be left alone for more than 3 - 4 hours a day maximum. Diesel will be suitable to live with a mature family or couple due to his size and boisterousness.

Freya

Age: 5 years

Breed: Staffordshire Bull Terrier

Sex: Female

Freya is a 5 year old Staffordshire Bull Terrier Bitch

Freya is a really sweet natured affectionate dog. She loves to sit on your knee and have lots of strokes and cuddles. Freya is generally quite placid nature but she does have her giddy moments and likes to play with her toys. She does get on with other dogs but sometimes prefers her own space and she not too keen on cats so she would be better been rehomed as the only dog. Freya will be suitable to live with a first time dog owner and to a family with children over the age of 5. She will need a home where she won't be left for more than 4 hours a day maximum on her own as she does like company and attention. Freya may need a little basic obedience training. She does walk well on the lead but likes to chew it has she walks. She likes to carry her lead whilst she is walking.

Mac

Age: 21 Months

Breed: Husky

Sex: Male

Mac is a very happy friendly dog who loves to have your attention and enjoys being made a fuss of.  

He gets on well with other dogs but he can be dominant around male dogs so he would be better being rehomed with female dogs only and not with cats.  Mac loves to play with his ragger and he does have a tendency to mouth.   He is very strong on the lead and he does pull.  Mac will need some house toilet training but he does know his basic commands, some obedience training may be needed.  He will need to be rehomed to an experienced dog owner.  He will need a garden where he will be able to run around.  Mac will need a home where he won’t be left alone for more than 3 - 4 hours maximum on his own.  He will be suitable to live with a family with teenagers or a mature family or couple.  Mac may need some house toilet training and obedience training.

Bullseye

Age: 3-4 Years

Breed: Staffie

Sex: Male

Bullseye is a lovely friendly dog who loves attention.

He is good around other dogs and doesn’t seem bothered with cats, so he will be suitable to live with other dogs and cats in the household.  Bullseye walks well on the lead and he knows most of his basic commands.  He will be suitable to live with first time dog owners.  He will need a garden where he will be able to run around.  Bullseye will need a home where she won’t be left alone for more than 3 - 4 hours maximum on her own.  He will be suitable to live with a family with children over the age of 5 or a mature family or couple.

Millie

Age: 1 Year

Breed: Mongrel

Sex: Female

Millie is a lovely friendly dog who is always pleased to see you and she loves attention. 

She is good around other dogs and has lived with cats previously, so she will be suitable to live with other dogs and cats in the household.  Millie is quite vocal at times.  She walks well on the lead and knows most of her basic commands. Millie will be suitable to live with first time dog owners.  She will need a garden where she will be able to run around.  Millie will need a home where she won’t be left alone for more than 3 - 4 hours maximum on her own.  She will be suitable to live with a family with children over the age of 5 or a mature family or couple.

Amber

Age: Young Adult

Breed: Labrador

Sex: Female

Amber is a friendly dog who loves attention. 

She is very playful with other dogs so she will be suitable to live with other dogs in the household and she seems good with cats.  Amber loves to play with her toys.  She can pull on the lead so some lead training will be needed.  She knows some of her basic commands, some obedience training may be needed.  Amber will be suitable to live with first time dog owners.  She will need a garden where she will be able to run around.  Millie will need a home where she won’t be left alone for more than 3 - 4 hours maximum on her own.  She will be suitable to live with a family with young children or a mature family or couple.
