Chance

Age: 1 year old

Cross Boxer

Sex: Male

Chance is a 1 year old Cross Boxer neutered male.

Chance is a friendly dog, who is daft but lovable. He is very affectionate and loves lots of fuss and attention.  Chance is extremely playful and he loves his toys especially his cotton ragger.  He is also very sociable and loves to meet people and other dogs.  Chance is very strong on the lead and will need a firm hand and lots of training.  He is big and boisterous and full of energy, but he is also full of fun and has bags of personality and character.  Chance must be rehomed with an experienced dog owner who is used to large breeds of dog and has trained dogs previously.  He needs a home with a large garden and a home where he won’t be left alone for more than 4 hours a day maximum on his own.  Chance will be suitable to live with teenage children and a mature family or couple.  Some obedience and lead training will be needed.

Millie

Age: 4-5 years

Breed: Staffie

Sex: Female

Millie is 4 -5 year old Staffie Bitch

Millie is a shy girl, and can be a little timid until she knows you. Once she learns to trust however, she is very loveable and friendly and like cuddles and affection. She is ok with other dogs providing they aren't too boisterous for her. Millie will need a quieter household without children. She needs an experienced, patient and caring owner who will give her the love, time and attention that she needs. Millie enjoys her walks so will need a reasonably active owner. She will need a home where she won't be left for more than 4 -5 hours a day maximum on her own. The ideal home for Millie would be a mature family or couple.

Colin

Age: 8 months

Breed: Cross Lurcher

Sex: Male

Colin is a 8 month old Cross Lurcher dog

Colin is a very friendly dog who gets very excitable. When Colin first came into us he was a bit unsure and was very skittish on the lead and was defensive around other dogs, this has improved tremendously. He can be a bit mouthy when he is playing. He is now starting to walk much better on the lead and now plays with other dogs. Colin will need an experienced dog owner who will be patient with him and give him plenty of time and training. He will need a home where he won’t be left alone for more than 4 hours a day maximum. Colin will need a home with a garden and a reasonably active person who will take him for lots of walks and provide him with the socialising and attention that he needs. Colin should be suitable to live with a mature family or couple. He will need some house toilet training as well lead & obedience training and further socialising.

Diesel

Age: 10 months

Breed: GSD / Rottie

Sex: Male

Diesel is a 10 month old GSD / Rottie dog.

Diesel is a big bouncy dog who is friendly and loveable. He will need a very strong owner and a firm hand. Diesel just loves attention but he does also need basic obedience and lead training. He is a very sociable with other dogs and loves to play with them off the lead. Diesel will need an experienced dog owner who has had experience of having large strong dogs. He must have a home with a large garden where he can have plenty of off the lead exercise and a very active owner who will take him for lots of long walks and give him the training and attention that he needs. Diesel will need a home where he won’t be left alone for more than 3 - 4 hours a day maximum. Diesel will be suitable to live with a mature family or couple due to his size and boisterousness.

Roxy

Age: 7 years

Breed: Cross Staffie

Sex: Female

Roxy is a 7 Year Old Staffie Bitch.

Roxy is a really fussy, excitable dog. She loves attention and lots of cuddles. Roxy is a very active playful dog who loves her toys and enjoys going for her walks. She does get on with other dogs; however she does have a tendency to play a bit rough which doesn’t always go down to well with some dogs. Roxy will need to be rehomed as the only pet.

She will need a home with experienced Staffie owners. Roxy will need a home with a garden where she can play and run around and she will also need a home where she won’t be left alone for more than ˝ the day maximum on her own as she does need lots of attention. Her new owners must be active and she should be suitable to live with children over the age of 10 or a mature family or couple.

Freya

Age: 5 years

Breed: Staffordshire Bull Terrier

Sex: Female

Freya is a 5 year old Staffordshire Bull Terrier Bitch

Freya is a really sweet natured affectionate dog. She loves to sit on your knee and have lots of strokes and cuddles. Freya is generally quite placid nature but she does have her giddy moments and likes to play with her toys. She does get on with other dogs but sometimes prefers her own space and she not too keen on cats so she would be better been rehomed as the only dog. Freya will be suitable to live with a first time dog owner and to a family with children over the age of 5. She will need a home where she won't be left for more than 4 hours a day maximum on her own as she does like company and attention. Freya may need a little basic obedience training. She does walk well on the lead but likes to chew it has she walks. She likes to carry her lead whilst she is walking.

Shellie

Age: 10 Years

Breed: Cross Collie

Sex: Female

Shellie is a 10 year old Cross Collie bitch

Shellie is a really sweet calm placid dog who is a little bit shy when she first meets you.  She does like attention but she is also happy to do her own thing and is not overly demanding.  She is housetrained and she travels well. Shellie gets on well with other dogs.  Even though Shellie has lived with a cat previously she has been known to chase other cats so she is better been rehomed to a household with no cats.  Shellie can be playful and loves playing fetch with her ball.  She walks well on the lead and doesn't pull and she responds well to basic commands. Shellie will be suitable to be rehomed to a first time dog owner.  She will need a home with a garden where she will be able to potter about and play.  Shellie will also need a home where she won't be left alone for more than 4 -5 hours a day maximum on her own.  She will be suitable to live with a family with children over the age of 10 or a mature family or retired couple.

Ted

Age: 17 months

Breed: Cross Terrier

Sex: Male

Ted is a 17 Month Old Cross terrier dog

Ted is a really friendly dog.  He likes attention and loves being made a fuss of.   He gets on well with other dogs and cats so he should be ok to live with other dogs and cats in the household.  Ted is not a playful dog.   He pulls slightly on the lead.  Ted does responds well to most of his basic commands.
